The successful candidate will be responsible for technical leadership across a typical Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team of 4 to 6 members and will be responsible for the technical oversight and/or configuration selected system modules using Laserfiche 8 and complying with DoD 5015.2 and NARA standards. Additional responsibilities include assisting with developing the technical architecture, leading technical design, participation in testing efforts, troubleshooting technical issues, and development team management. The company is a 24 X 7 emergency call center for international travelers. Customers will be calling in as well as family members. What is needed are folks who are reliasble, and have good phone skills. People who have traveled abroad and understand the problems that can come up.
