Mrs. Young is the Owner and CEO of Arbiser Machine in Tucker, Georgia. Arbiser is a forty-five year old ISO 9001-2000 certified manufacturing company for industries such as department of defense, medical, nuclear, satellite, food & beverage and publishing & printing. Mrs. Young serves on the board of trustees of Saint Paul’s School in Clearwater Florida, Muscular Dystrophy Association Executive Committee of Tampa and Board of Directors of Elena Tresh Foundation in Safety Harbor, FL.

Daniel Bornarth, Vice Chair
President/Chief Executive Officer, Harborsite International

Mr Bornarth career started as a Naval Aviator, he has extensive experience at the military operational and major staff levels. A decorated combat veteran of Operations Desert Shield/Storm and Iraqi Freedom, he has served as a tactical aviator and, most recently, as Marine Expeditionary Force/Multi-National Force-West Air Officer, directly responsible for the employment, sustainment, and coordination of all coalition forces air power across the Western Iraq Area of Operations. He also served as the senior Joint Terminal Attack Controller in the MEF.

Additional military experience included service as Fleet Adversary Instructor, Air/Naval Gunfire Liaison Company Platoon Leader and Detachment Officer-in-Charge, Training Squadron Operations Officer, and Fleet Assistant Air Officer for Strike Operations. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army Airborne School and completed the U.S. Marine Corps Skills Course for Leaders in Advanced Marksmanship, U.S. Air Force Special Operations Latin America Course, JCS Planning Officer Course, and U.S. Navy Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Training Officer Course.

Terry Callahan
Phillips Development Reality, LLC

Mr. Callahan is a native of West Hartford, Connecticut. He was a 1980 graduate of St Leo College were he received his commission through Reserve Officer Training Corp. He also holds a Masters degree from Troy State University in International Relations. His military education includes Infantry Officer Basic and Advanced courses, The Command Arms Staff School and the NATO Winter Warfare course. Terry has commanded at all levels beginning his career in 1/12 Infantry, 4th Infantry Division in Colorado Springs where he served as a Rifle Platoon Leader, Scout Platoon Leader, and Company Executive Officer. Other assignments include Commander, A Company 2/4 Infantry in Neu Ulm, Germany. Ranger Liaison to Army Special Operations Forces, Europe. Bad Toelz Germany. Commander, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 6th Ranger Training Battalion, Camp Rudder, Florida. Operations Officer, 6th Ranger Training Battalion, Camp Rudder, Florida. His awards include the Coveted Ranger Tab, Expert Infantryman’s Badge, Master Parachutist Badge. His foreign awards include German and Italian Parachute badges.

Norm Carley
Chairman of the Board, Naval Special Warfare Foundation

Mr. Carley served as an officer with the United States Navy SEAL Teams for twenty years. While in government service, Mr. Carley served in a variety of command, staff, and operational billets participating in a wide range of combat operations, special activities, and intelligence collection efforts. Upon his retirement from the Navy, he founded AMTI, a technical services company principally involved in domestic preparedness, homeland security, and special operations; providing support to the government and private sectors. Under his leadership as President and co-founder, AMTI grew from a three-man operation into a multi-faceted company of over 550 personnel. AMTI was sold to SAIC in December of 2006. Mr. Carley currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Naval Special Warfare Foundation, an IRS designated 501.c.3 charitable organization. The Foundation provides support to the Naval Special Warfare community, its operators – SEALs and Combatant Craft Crewmen – and their families.

Bob Foley
University Programs Manager, Raytheon

LtCol Foley completed his final tour of duty after 20 years of USMC service in 1997, as the National Director, U. S. Marine Corps Recruiters School, located at MCRD San Diego, CA. He graduated from Marquette University in 1977, and attended Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Quantico, VA. After earning his Commission as a 2dLt, he served in 2d Marine Division, Camp Lejeune, NC as a Platoon Commander, Forward Observer, Fire Direction Officer, and Nuclear Weapons Assembly Officer. 1stLt Foley was designated an Aerial Observer in the OV-10 Bronco aircraft, and was the Honor Graduate for AO Class 2-81 at Marine Corps Air Station New River, NC. 1stLt Foley commanded H Battery, 3d Bn, 12th Marines in Okinawa, Japan and Korea prior to being assigned as Executive Officer, Marine Corps Recruiting Station in Macon, GA for 3 years. After attending Amphibious Warfare School in Quantico, VA in 1985, he was selected as Commanding Officer, Marine Detachment aboard the Battleship USS NEW JERSEY (BB-62) and deployed to the Western Pacific Ocean. Transferred to Camp Lejeune, NC in 1988, he served as the Operations Officer for 2 USMC artillery battalions and commanded Headquarters Battery, 10th Marines during combat in Kuwait on Operation Desert Storm. After returning in 1991, he assumed command of Marine Corps Recruiting Station Boston, MA. In 1994, LtCol Foley was selected as the Director, Marine Corps Recruiters School, MCRD San Diego, CA. He is a graduate of the US Army Airborne School, the Allied Officers Winter Warfare Course in Norway, and numerous special weapons, security, and leadership development programs. His personal decorations include the Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal, and the Combat Action Ribbon. LtCol Foley has a Masters Degree in Management, an MBA with honors, and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s executive education program in Strategic Human Resource Management. Currently, he works in corporate human resources as the University Programs Manager, Eastern Region for Raytheon Company in Massachusetts.

Sally Hart
National Military Recruiting Director, CINTAS Corporation

Ms. Hart has a BS in Education from Miami University. She taught in the elementary classroom and worked for Mattel Toys for 13 years before coming to CINTAS as a Training Specialist in 1988. She has developed the military recruiting program at CINTAS over the past 21 years and recruited hundreds of veterans to the company.

Maj. General Tom S. Jones, USMC (ret)
Owner, Outdoor Odyssey

Major General Jones entered the Marine Corps through the Officer Candidate Program following his graduation from Eastern Illinois University. Upon completion of the Basic School, he served briefly as a Platoon Commander at Camp Pendleton, California, and soon after as a Platoon Commander in the Republic of Viet Nam.An infantry officer, he served in each of the three active Marine Divisions and commanded at all ranks from 2/Lt to Major General. He commanded two USMC Infantry Companies, in addition to commanding a company in 42 Commando of the British Royal Marines during an exchange tour. MGen Jones commanded an Infantry Battalion during Desert Shield and Desert Storm and commanded an Infantry Regiment, leading all Marines in Operations Uphold Democracy in Haiti. MGen Jones served as a Tactics Instructor and later as Director of the Amphibious Warfare School in Quantico, Virginia. He twice served on Recruiting Duty and held senior staff positions at Headquarters Marine Corps and the Pentagon. He attended numerous service schools and acquired his Masters Degree in International Relations from Salva Regina College. His final assignment in the Marine Corps was that of Commanding General of Training and Education Command in Quantico, Virginia. MGen Jones founded Outdoor Odyssey, a non-profit Leadership Academy, in 1998, oriented on impacting youth through team building and mentoring. Although he elected to leave the Marine Corps upon initiation of Outdoor Odyssey, events surrounding 9/11 inspired him to stay until 2005, when he retired as a Major General. He presently serves as an Adjunct Research Staff Member at the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA), as well as an independent consultant, in addition to his voluntary role as President/Executive Director of Outdoor Odyssey. Jones serves on the Board of Directors for the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund as well as for Global Relief Technologies. He and his wife, Nancy, have three grown children (Leslie, Brandon and Jessica), seven grandsons (Kyle, Aidan, Jake, Ryan, Zack, Micah and Sebastian) and one granddaughter, Gracie, who evens the score.

Lewis C. Merletti
Senior Vice President, Cleveland Browns

Mr. Merletti is responsible for all stadium operations and directing the design and deployment of security for the entire Cleveland Browns operation, including the owners, coaches, players, Cleveland Browns Stadium, and the team’s Berea training facility and offices. A 25-year veteran of the United States Secret Service, Merletti served as the agency’s 19th Director immediately prior to joining the Browns organization. He served in the Presidential Protective Division under three Presidents, Reagan, Bush and Clinton, and as special agent in charge of presidential protection during the Clinton Administration, was ultimately responsible for the physical security of the President and First Family. Merletti served three years in the United States Army, including a tour of duty with the 5th Special Forces Group in Vietnam. Among the citations he earned were the Bronze Star, Good Conduct Medal, Combat Medical Badge, and Parachute Jump Wings.

Raymond P. Onders, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Director of Minimally Invasive Surgery, University Hospitals of Cleveland
Associate Professor of Surgery, Case Western Reserve University

Dr. Onders served several years on active duty as a physician with the United States Air Force. Dr Onders is a General Surgeon with interests in Minimally Invasive Surgery, Anti-Reflux Surgery and Diaphragm Pacing. Education: Bachelor of Science, salutatorian, summa cum laude, Kent State University, 1982-1984; Biochemistry Teaching Fellow, Air Force Health Professions Scholarship, Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine, 1984-1988. Training: General Surgery Residency, Case Western Reserve University Surgical Residency Program, 1988-1993; Residency Review Committee, Case Western Reserve University Surgical Residency Program, 1990-1993. Academic Appointments: Assistant Professor of Surgery, Case Western Reserve University, 1997-2004; Associate Professor, Case Western Reserve University, 2004-present; Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine, 1997.

Nick Popaditch

Mr. Popaditch was born in East Chicago, Indiana and enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1986. Following recruit training, Popaditch was assigned as a Tank Crewman. He served with 1st Tank Battalion for the next 5 years, during which time he was promoted up to the rank of Sergeant. He served as a Tank Commander on Operation Desert Storm. In 1992, Sgt Popaditch was honorably discharged. He worked as a Correctional Officer in Indianapolis, Indiana and re-enlisted in 1995 and returned to 1st Tank Battalion. From 1998 to 2001, Popaditch served as a Drill Instructor and was promoted to SSgt. He returned to 1st Tank Battalion and served as a Tank Commander and Platoon Sergeant on the march up to Bagdad in Operation Iraqi Freedom. GySgt Popaditch redeployed to Iraq, again as a Tank Commander and Platoon Sergeant, and participated in combat operations in the city of Fallujah. In April 2004 he was wounded in action. GySgt Popaditch was medically retired on June 2005 due to wounds sustained. Mr. Popaditch is the author of the book Once a Marine.

Frank T. Sossi, Esq.
Member, Brennan, Manna & Diamond

Mr. Sossi is a principal member of the Firm practicing in the Health Law and Tax areas. Mr. Sossi’s practice involves the representation of for profit and not for profit health care enterprises including physician practices, hospitals, free-standing health centers and long term care providers as well as the representation of a variety of tax-exempt organizations serving a broad range of community activities. Education: Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Cleveland, Ohio (L.L.M., Tax Program, 1995); Certified Public Accountant, Ohio (1986); University of Toledo, Toledo, Ohio (J.D., 1978); John Carroll University, Cleveland, Ohio (A.B., 1974).

William D. Squires

Mr. Squires has over 20 years experience in sports and entertainment facility management. He has managed Yankee Stadium, Giants Stadium, Disney’s Wide World of Sports (where he was their first General Manager), and the Cleveland Browns Stadium, whose opening he oversaw in 1999. At each of these venues he was responsible for all aspects of operations and administration. He currently owns his own consulting business where one of his major projects is working with the New York Giants and the New York Jets on their privately financed $1.4 billion stadium. Squires was recently appointed president of the Stadium Managers Association, whose members include facility managers from the NFL, MLB, MLS, CFL, motor speedways, colleges and universities, and several international facilities. Mr. Squires is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and was an active duty naval aviator for 12 years prior to joining the New York Yankees. He served an additional 16 years in the Naval Reserves and retired as a Commander.
