Kevin Brickhouse, Chair
Kalman and Company Inc, Vice President for Operations
Mr. Brickhouse, Chairman of the VET Foundation Board, holds Masters of Science Degrees in Systems Management and National Security Strategy from the University of Southern California and the National Defense University in addition to a Bachelors of Science Degree in History from Georgia State University. He has participated in post graduate level study at the University of Chicago and Babson University. Mr. Brickhouse completed over 25 years of commissioned service as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps serving in a number of Command and Staff positions at home and abroad. Following his military service Kevin joined Battelle Memorial Institute of Columbus, Ohio, where he served 3 years as a Manager prior to being promoted to Market Sector Vice President. In 2009 Mr. Brickhouse joined Kalman and Company Inc of Virginia Beach Virginia, as Vice President for Operations. Kevin and his wife Kim reside in Alexandria, Virginia.
Sally Hart, Secretary
National Military Recruiting Director, CINTAS Corporation (retired)
Sally Hart recently retired as the National Military Recruiting Director for CINTAS Corporation, the Service Professionals.
CINTAS provides uniform rental service, uniform sales, floor mat service, restroom supply service, first aid and safety services, fire protection services, and document management (shredding and storage) services to more than 700,000 customers across North America every week.
Sally has a BS in education from Miami University. She taught in the elementary classroom and worked for Mattel Toys for 13 years before coming to CINTAS as a training specialist in 1988. She has developed the military recruiting program at CINTAS over the past 21 years and recruited hundreds of veterans to the company.
For the past three years consecutively, CINTAS has received the California “Veterans Employer of the Year” award. Three years ago, they were given the Dept of Labor’s ESGR “Above and Beyond” award for veteran employment and training, and the “James C. Gates Distinguished Service” award. For the past several years, CINTAS has received annual awards from the Ohio VFW. In January 2007, Sally accepted the “Mission Accomplished” award from the Army Recruiting Command for CINTAS’ success with the Army PaYS Program.
Named for four consecutive years by GIJOBS magazine as #20, #14, #15, and #11 of the Top 50 Military Friendly Employers, then named in 2010 as #8 of the top 100, CINTAS remains committed to helping our veterans find civilian career positions when their military commitment ends.

Norm Carley, Treasurer
Board Member, Naval Special Warfare Foundation
Mr. Carley served as an officer with the United States Navy SEAL Teams for twenty years. While in government service, Mr. Carley served in a variety of command, staff, and operational billets participating in a wide range of combat operations, special activities, and intelligence collection efforts. Upon his retirement from the Navy, he founded AMTI, a technical services company principally involved in domestic preparedness, homeland security, and special operations; providing support to the government and private sectors. Under his leadership as President and co-founder, AMTI grew from a three-man operation into a multi-faceted company of over 550 personnel. AMTI was sold to SAIC in December of 2006. After the sale of AMTI, Mr. Carley founded and continues to manage several small companies engaged in a variety of endeavors. He currently serves on Board of the Naval Special Warfare Foundation, an IRS designated 501.c.3 charitable organization. The Foundation provides support to the Naval Special Warfare community, its operators – SEALs and Combatant Craft Crewmen – and their families.

Nick Popaditch
Mr. Popaditch was born in East Chicago, Indiana and enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1986. Following recruit training, Popaditch was assigned as a Tank Crewman. He served with 1st Tank Battalion for the next 5 years, during which time he was promoted up to the rank of Sergeant. He served as a Tank Commander on Operation Desert Storm. In 1992, Sgt Popaditch was honorably discharged. He worked as a Correctional Officer in Indianapolis, Indiana and re-enlisted in 1995 and returned to 1st Tank Battalion. From 1998 to 2001, Popaditch served as a Drill Instructor and was promoted to SSgt. He returned to 1st Tank Battalion and served as a Tank Commander and Platoon Sergeant on the march up to Bagdad in Operation Iraqi Freedom. GySgt Popaditch redeployed to Iraq, again as a Tank Commander and Platoon Sergeant, and participated in combat operations in the city of Fallujah. In April 2004 he was wounded in action. GySgt Popaditch was medically retired on June 2005 due to wounds sustained. Mr. Popaditch is the author of the book Once a Marine.
Patrick Timlin
Deputy Commissioner of Operations, NYPD
Patrick Timlin is a 22 year veteran of the New York City Police Department (NYPD), retired in 2002 at the rank of Assistant Chief, serving as Commanding Officer of the Patrol Borough Bronx. While serving in the Bronx, Mr. Timlin achieved a 16% reduction in felony crime, a rate which exceeded the citywide felony crime reduction average. He instituted many proactive community relations initiatives (many are still in place at this time) when Police - Community relations were at an all time low. Mr. Timlin served as the Commanding Officer of Queens Detectives where he successfully supervised many high profile investigations and achieved the highest homicide clearance rate in New York City. In addition to service in many patrol commands, Mr. Timlin performed duty in the NYPD Emergency Service Unit. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from St. Francis College and holds a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and is also a member of the New York State Bar. Prior to joining Michael Stapleton Associates (MSA), Mr. Timlin was an attorney at Clinton Group an SEC registered Investment Advisor, where he headed the Anti-Money Laundering and Business Continuity Programs. Mr. Timlin is currently on a brief leave of absence from MSA while Serving as the appointed Director of Operations for the New York Police Department (NYPD).

Arbiser is a forty-five year old ISO 9001-2000 certified manufacturing company for industries such as department of defense, medical, nuclear, satellite, food & beverage and publishing & printing. Mrs. Young is an active member in the PACE Center for Girls Believing in Girls Society, Morton Plant Hospital Women in Philanthropy, and the Donald Roebling Society.
