Community & Volunteerism | The need to have constructive synergies with members of the community that we service. Ultimately these members will be part of the community; to be successful in the long term the communities must embrace the individual and see the utility of the program so it creates a win-win situation for everyone involved. In order to do that you have to foster a sense of volunteerism in the individual to demonstrate the communities ROI is a productive community oriented individual.
