Chris Hadsall, Founder
Mr. Hadsall is a service-connected disabled veteran, Purple Heart recipient, and a retired Captain from the United States Marine Corps. He received his wounds during Operation Iraqi Freedom in March 2005. Chris is also actively involved with numerous veteran organizations.

Lindsey Matthews, Director of Operations
Ms. Matthews is a Service Disabled Veteran who served four years in the United States Army, serving in Bosnia-Herzegovina in 2000. Ms. Matthews’s primary duty upon enlisting in the Army was Administration Specialist, with Postal duties. Ms. Matthews was assigned as An Army Recruiter 2001-2003. Ms. Matthews has extensive experience with corporate recruiting, private staffing and human resources. Ms. Matthews has operations and leadership experience in non-profit, corporate and military environments. Specific areas of expertise include business administration, business operations, program management, grant writing, grant production, government contracting, contract compliance, and contract management. Ms. Matthews has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management..
Justin Callahan, COMPASS Program Manager
Mr. Callahan is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, with project management and leadership experience in corporate, nonprofit, and military environments. Mr. Callahan enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Combat Engineer in 2000, and deployed to Afghanistan with the 10th Mountain Division (part of the XVIII Airborne Corps and the U.S. Army Rapid Deployment Force) in 2003. As a Non-Commissioned Officer in the only Active Duty U.S. Army Countermine Company, he ensured optimal engineer support on all engineering aspects during combined arms operations. In 2004, Mr. Callahan was awarded the Purple Heart Medal for wounds received in action, after he was subsequently wounded during routine clearance operations near Bagram.
Mr. Callahan is actively involved with many veterans’ organizations and he currently manages the VET Foundation's COMPASS Program. Prior to Joining the VET Foundation, Mr. Callahan served as a Corporate Event Manager with MedAssets, Inc. He was instrumental in the 2007 creation of Hire Heroes, USA, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that specializes in providing transition and career placement assistance to Veterans of the Global War on Terrorism. Mr. Callahan was selected during the initial creation phase by the founder of Hire Heroes, USA to provide guidance in developing and implementing the organization’s mission, and went on to serve as the Director of Outreach and Recruiting.
Leslie Wicks, Public Relations Manager
Ms. Wicks has a Bachelors degree in Marketing with over 7 years of experience in marketing and advertising. Ms. Wicks will be building, managing and maintaining relationships for the VET Foundation.
Kathryn Ricciardelli, Administration and Accounts Coordinator
Ms. Ricciardelli is an experienced Office Administrator with 10 years experience in contracts, business administration, and account management. Ms. Ricciardelli provides administrative support and attends to the organizations day-to-day needs.
Mike Maglier, COMPASS Program Assistant
Mr. Maglier is a seven year military veteran. Mr. Maglier spent three years in the Army and four years in the Marine Corps, serving in Northern Iraq in 1991. Mr. Maglier retired as a City of Rochester New York Fire Fighter in 2009.
